I felt I should drop you a note to say how pleased I have been at the way you and your team have finally reached an amicable sale of our house after such a difficult time over the last 12 months, You personally have made my life a lot easier by being there throughout the difficulty of trying to deal with the power of attorney over Pauline which was not acceptable to the notary to begin with but you managed to find a solution with the Registrar in El Campello, I think you must have been as frustrated as we were at a difficult time with Pauline’s illness and her eventual death in April but you got there in the end and completed the sale in June. Nothing seemed to faze you at all and your extra help with finding a garage and storeroom at the last minute and an express ride to the airport to catch our flight home was very much appreciated. This is the second time we have used your services and would highly recommend you to any potential clients using you and Sundrenchedvillas for any property matters, You are honest and straightforward to deal with with an excellent knowledge of all the Spanish idiosyncrasies.
