We finally got there after 3 years of trying to sell our villa in Spain near Alicante.

 Having had the property on the market with several agents over the period with little success, we were then introduced to Lee of Sundrenched villas, he was straight talking and gave me confidence that he would be able to sell our property if we were realistic with the asking price. Terms were agreed and the property was on the market within a couple of days.

Within 4 months we had our buyer, the process was a little complicated as we found that the swimming pool was not on the land registry document which meant we had to apply to have it added before the buyer could complete on the purchase.

Lee was most helpful throughout the whole process and instrumental in achieving all the necessary documentation required for our solicitors to be able to complete the sale.
