I just wanted to convey my thanks to you and Alex for your professionalism, your tenacity and perseverance with getting this sale through for us.

 This sale was delayed over and over again because of the issues with this block of flats and the complex nature of the ownership not being registered. You managed the situation really well and negotiated with the purchasers to extend their deadline three or four times so that we could overcome the legal issues. All of this during the current pandemic which made everything more complicated and drawn out.

You both went above and beyond to help us through the process including going to the local government offices on our behalf and picking up post from the flat to help with getting hold of the block management company. Without your assistance we wouldn’t have been able to get this sale completed.
