The house is very practical and particularly designed for convenience. The large living and dining room are connected via a stylish open connection. The same applies to the beautiful fully-equipped kitchen. These spaces, together with a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, occupy the ground floor of the house. A staircase from the living room leads you to the lower floor. On this floor are the other 2 bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The bathroom has a large bath and a walk-in shower.
Possibility for a 4th bedroom
On the lower floor of the house, there is the possibility to change a storage space in a simple way into a 4th bedroom. The entire lower floor is accessible from the outside, so there is a possibility to organise this floor as an independent guest apartment.
A special terrace
The terrace is like a shell around the house. Through this architecture, you can always sit outside regardless of the weather and from whichever direction the wind comes from ..... and, of course, find a shaded area when it gets too hot.
Around the house
A garden with a large variety of plants. The garden is totally enclosed and equipped with an electrically-operated entrance gate. Behind the house is the swimming pool with a terrace around. Next to the pool is a shower room with toilet. Because of its location at the rear of the residence, you have privacy at the pool.
The house is in the district of Cala D’Or. This district belongs to the town of El Campello and is located just north of El Campello. El Campello is a coastal town with plenty of Spanish character. The area Cala D’Or has many houses that are permanently inhabited. Also, because of the hotel "Pueblo Acantilado", there is always movement and it doesn’t feel too quiet and deserted. The buildings consist of detached houses built on large plots of at least 800m2.
The distance to the Mediterranean Sea is only 500 metres.
The district has a bus that picks up passengers every 30 minutes, and from the train station nearby, a train leaves every half hour towards the town of El Campello, to the centre of Alicante, or in the direction of Benidorm to Denia. The centre of El Campello can be reached by car within 10 minutes. Alicante airport is 30 kilometres from the property.
