We are promoting this excellent 2 bedroom apartment which is located in the Montiboli area of La Villajoyosa. montiboli is located within a short walk of 2 beaches and a 10 minute stroll from the tram station and small commercial area of Parodise which offers a selection of bars and restaurants. La Villajoysa centre is 2.5kms from the Montiboli area.

The apartment is on the ground floor, it has a spacious lounge with access to the terrace and a large open plan kitchen. The small hallway leads to two bedrooms, both of which are double sized and one of which has a fitted wardrobe and access to the terrace. The bathroom which also comes off of the hallway, has a bath, wc, sink and bidet.

The terrace is a lovely large size with a (empty) raised planter but has no sea views.

There is no swimming pool in the urbanisation.

The block of apartments is secure and accessed with a key via a gate that also has an entry phone system.
